Congratulations to all member companies for starting this innovative initiative. I wish everybody a happy new year. In this section, we aim to establish a strong Training and Development (T&D) network to allow better coordination and cooperation between the member companies and to allow them to exchange ideas about the T&D current issues.
The success of this portal depends mostly on the quality of participation and the dynamics of the debates in order to achieve the desired results. Therefore, I would like to call your attention that the method of work here is based on your active participation and sharing of practical experience. Each participant will communicate her/his organization’s background in the field of T&D to others. Each participant is invited also to tell others about her/his organization’s signature (unique process that makes your company stand out in people's minds) as well as best practice to share with others.
